"Deliberate" Practice is the act of working on tasks or skills that push you outside of your comfort zone. It is actively choosing to push beyond what you are good at to ultimately get better. We use elements of deliberate practice to help make better hockey players in all of our clinics and drills.
At 23 Hockey, we believe that the best hockey players never stop learning. Our drills emphasize game-like situations so that you are ready whenever and wherever you step on the ice. Using the "Deliberate" Practice model, we push our players outside their comfort zone in an effort to reach greater levels of achievement and improved confidence.
