23 Hockey offers both small group and individual off-ice training sessions designed to help players refine their puck skills in a focused and controlled environment. These sessions emphasize the development of fundamental techniques—such as stickhandling, passing, shooting mechanics, and hand-eye coordination. By isolating and mastering these essential skills off the ice, players build stronger muscle memory, improve confidence, and develop the precision needed to elevate their performance during games.

Hockeytown Summer Development Camp is designed to help players sharpen their skills and build confidence heading into the upcoming season. Each day includes a, 60-minute on-ice development session focused on skating, puck control, shooting, and game-situational drills, followed by a 60-minute off-ice training session with Accelerate Fitness to build strength, speed, and athletic performance.
