23 Hockey offers both small group and individual off-ice training sessions designed to help players refine their puck skills in a focused and controlled environment. These sessions emphasize the development of fundamental techniques—such as stickhandling, passing, shooting mechanics, and hand-eye coordination. By isolating and mastering these essential skills off the ice, players build stronger muscle memory, improve confidence, and develop the precision needed to elevate their performance during games.
Our training focuses on building athletic foundations that translate directly to on-ice performance. Through targeted exercises that improve speed, power, endurance, balance, and injury prevention, our athletes gain the physical tools they need to play faster, stronger, and more confidently. A key part of our off-ice program is working with Coach Tiana Faulkner, a certified strength and conditioning coach with a strong background in both individual and group athlete development. Tiana creates personalized training plans tailored to each player’s age, goals, and physical needs.
