From 2022 to 2024, she served as the New England Regional Scout for Pilot Mound Hockey Academy and was the Head Coach of the Marblehead Hollyhocks U14 team during the 2023–24 season. Beginning in 2024, Emmalee took on the role of Girls Program Director for the Boston Americans, where she also coaches the U12 Tier 1 and U14 Tier 1 teams. With over 15 years of combined playing and coaching experience, Emmalee brings a dynamic, player-centered approach that supports development from youth through college and junior levels.

He went on to play four years at Central Catholic, a team that he helped lead to the post-season three years in a row. Most recently, he played one season in the Eastern Hockey League with the New Jersey Bears. Timmy is currently playing at the University of Delaware for the Blue Hens!

For the 2024-25 season, he played with the Valley Junior Warriors in the EHL program based in Haverhill, MA. Jack brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, offering valuable insights to players looking to elevate their game to the next level!

She hails from the Andover area, playing for Andover Youth Hockey and the Islanders Club program. She then spent four years on the Girls Varsity Central Catholic Hockey team playing forward. This is her second season

During his final year at CCHS, he played on the Valley Junior Warriors U18 AAA team out of Haverhill, MA. Following graduation, he did one post-grad year at Kents Hill School, playing both basketball and hockey. Joey currently attends Lynn University.

Meghan Walsh, a Woburn, MA native, is a former standout goaltender who played three years of Varsity Hockey at Arlington Catholic before continuing her career at Worcester State. She has spent the past two years as an assistant coach and goalie development coach at Arlington Catholic, bringing her experience and passion for the game to the next generation of players.

With four years of coaching experience, she brings both competitive insight and a strong passion for developing young players.

Mitch is from Rocky Hill, CT and attended Brooks School in North Andover, MA for four years of Prep School Hockey. He then played one year of junior hockey in the USPHL Premier with the Northern Cyclones. His play helped him obtain a spot on the Stonehill College Men's Division 1 team, where he graduated in 2023 with a degree in Biochemistry.

Head Strength and Conditioning Coach / Consultant
Tiana is a certified strength and conditioning coach with experience in individual and group fitness settings. She specializes in working with young athlete to help improve speed, strength, endurance, stability, and injury prevention. Her work with 23 Hockey revolves around each athletes individual needs so that they can be their best when they step on the ice!
