Emmalee attended and played club hockey at Stonehill College from 2018-2022 and received a Master's Degree in Athlete Performance and Development at Boston College in 2023. Emmalee attended and played club hockey at Stonehill College from 2018-2022 and received a Master's Degree in Athlete Performance and Development at Boston College in 2023. During the 2022-23 season, Emmalee was a member of the Boston Bruins DEI Scouting Program, continuing to grow and evaluate players at a high level. She now serves as the New England Region Scout for Pilot Mound Hockey Academy and Head Coach of the Marblehead Hollyhocks U14 team. Beginning in the 2024-2025 season, Emmalee will serve as the Girls Program Director of the Boston Americans and coach the U12 Tier 1 and U14 Tier 1 teams. Her 15+ years of experience coaching and playing the sport provides players with a knowledgeable and dynamic approach to the game. Her work developing players spans from youth to college and junior hockey players.

Meggie is currently a Senior forward at Stonehill College in Easton, MA playing on their women's club team. She hails from the Andover area, playing for Andover Youth Hockey and the Islanders Club program. She then spent four years on the Girls Varsity Central Catholic Hockey team playing forward. This is her second season

This is her second season coaching with 23 Hockey, and she is excited to share her knowledge and experience.

Nina Carter, originally from Washington DC, is a graduate of Bates College where she competed on the Women's Rowing and Women's Club Hockey teams. Nina competed in the WIHLMA league at Holton-Arms School. Currently pursuing her Masters in Sports Administration from Boston College, Nina brings a wealth of playing experience to her coaching.

Mitch is from Rocky Hill, CT and attended Brooks School in North Andover, MA for four years of Prep School Hockey. He then played one year of junior hockey in the USPHL Premier with the Northern Cyclones. His play helped him obtain a spot on the Stonehill College Men's Division 1 team, where he graduated in 2023 with a degree in Biochemistry.

He went on to play four years at Central Catholic, a team that he helped lead to the post-season three years in a row. Most recently, he played one season in the Eastern Hockey League with the New Jersey Bears. Timmy will be continue his hockey career at the University of Delaware in the Fall!

Joey grew up in the Andover, MA area playing youth hockey for the Valley Junior Warriors. He went on to play four years at Central Catholic High School, a team that he helped lead to the post-season three years in a row. During his final year at CCHS, he played on the Valley Junior Warriors U18 AAA team out of Haverhill

Joey grew up in the Andover, MA area playing youth hockey for the Valley Junior Warriors. He went on to play four years at Central Catholic High School, a team that he helped lead to the post-season three years in a row. During his final year at CCHS, he played on the Valley Junior Warriors U18 AAA team out of Haverhill, MA. Following graduation, he did one post-grad year at Kents Hill School, playing both basketball and hockey. Joey currently attends Lynn University.

Tiana is a certified strength and conditioning coach with experience in individual and group fitness settings. She specializes in working with young athlete to help improve speed, strength, endurance, stability, and injury prevention. Her work with 23 Hockey revolves around each athletes individual needs so that they can be their best when they step on the ice!
